Parramatta Light Rail Enabling Works

Retro Traffic is currently engaged on the enabling works for the Parramatta Light Rail Project.  This includes the provision of all traffic management services, equipment and crews as well as attending weekly technical interface meetings with Sydney Coordination Office (SCO) and consulting frequently with the multiple authorities and stakeholders involved.

Extensive pre-planning and negotiation is required throughout the various stages of the project to ensure critical milestones are reached.  Critical thinking and problem solving is required as the work progresses through many busy streets within the local road network.
